Motherless Daughters: Adult Mother Loss

For women ages 21 and older when their mothers died. This three-night retreat is for women who’ve experienced adult mother loss. Together, we’ll explore the different roles our mothers played in our lives and examine our new identities as women without mothers. In a safe, supportive environment in beautiful Ojai, California, you’ll be free to share your challenges, triumphs, and fears. A combination of group discussions, experiential exercises, and writing prompts will help you continue to process your grief.
The $1199 retreat fee includes:
- Shared lodging at a private estate in Ojai, CA
- All meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast
- A Saturday morning yoga class
- All workshop materials.
