Green Pea & Asparagus Risotto

Back in May, just before I left Chicago, food blogger Kathryn O’Malley came over and I showed her how to make one of my favorite recipes — green pea and asparagus risotto. Check out the fantastic write-up and recipe she posted today!

  6. Hi Claire,
I have been reading your blog for the past year or so and I love it! You are an amazing writer, cook and person! In today’s world it is refreshingly appreciated to be able to read a blog that is most certainly all of the following: genuine, honest, insightful, well written and entertaining. Also, I wanted to tell you that so far I have made two of the recipes that you posted on your Life in Chicago blog. My family and I LOVED your Vegetarian Chili and your Green Pea and Asparagus Risotto. Seriously, that risotto is sure to become one of my favorite dishes. Claire have you ever considered publishing a cookbook? That would be awesome!

Wishing you the very best in your career, family and life.

    Apreciated,

  7. Hi Sheila, so glad you liked the recipes!! How fun that you’ve been making them. Not sure I’m ready to embark on a cookbook just yet, but I’ll consider it! Thanks for reading and posting!
